Frequently asked questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

We offer flexible minimums depending on the project. Some print methods allow for small runs, while larger orders help reduce the cost per piece. Reach out and we’ll help you find the best option for your needs.

How much does screen printing cost?

Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, number of print locations, ink colors, and artwork complexity. Every project is custom, so we provide personalized quotes to make sure you get the best value.

How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is typically 7–10 business days after artwork approval and garment arrival. Rush options may be available depending on schedule and order size.

Do you help with artwork or design?

Absolutely. If you already have artwork, we’ll prep and refine it for clean, professional printing. If you need help creating or adjusting a design, our team can assist.

What file types do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files for the best print quality. Accepted formats include AI, EPS, and PDF.

High-resolution raster files such as PNG, TIFF, or PSD are also accepted if they are at least 300 DPI and sized correctly for print.

If you’re not sure what you have, don’t worry. Send us your file and we’ll take a look. We can often clean up or rebuild artwork if needed, and we’ll let you know before moving forward.

What garments do you print on?

We print on a wide range of apparel including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, tote bags, and more. We can recommend garments based on fit, feel, and budget.

Can you print multiple designs or locations in one order?

Yes. You can mix sizes, colors, and designs within the same order. Additional print locations or designs may affect pricing, but we’ll walk you through it clearly.

Do you offer eco-friendly printing options?

Yes. We offer water-based inks, eco-conscious garments, and sustainable production options whenever possible. Let us know if sustainability is a priority for your project.

Can I supply my own garments?

In most cases, yes. However, customer-supplied garments must meet certain quality standards, and we recommend discussing this with us first to avoid issues during printing.

How do I get started?

Simply submit a request through our Request a Quote page with your project details. We’ll review everything and follow up with pricing, timelines, and next steps.
